Aroma: Hop aroma is delicately balanced, with Caramel malt aromas, for an enticingly moderate, yet and inviting character.
Appearance: Copper with an amber-brown hue. Rocky head with a light auburn color, lacing the glass to finish. Brilliantly clear in classic keg version. Slight haze in the “real ale” version that is normal and to be expected.
Flavor: Malt flavors are evident. Caramel malt flavors with a faint chocolate barley essence to balance complexities, sharp English hop flavor gives the consumer a refreshing treat.
Mouthfeel: Classic medium body. Carbonation is normally low in the classic version. The “real ale” version has no carbonation from hand pumping.
